RV Adriaen Coenen

In the summer of 2022 RV Adriaen Coenen replaced RV Stern as the first new ship of the fleet. She is in full operation now.

RV Wim Wolff

RV Wim Wolff, the replacement of RV Navicula was built by Thecla Bodewes Shipyard, and has been delivered in the spring of 2024.

RV Anna Weber-van Bosse

The construction of RV Anna Weber-van Bosse started in October 2023, at Armon Shipyards in Vigo. She will replace the RV Pelagia at the end of 2025.

New Equipment

A PC-GWI award, granted by NWO, makes innovative and advanced research equipment available on the new ships.
